Distinguished Member Credits What are Distinguished Member Credits (DM Credits)?
Each semester, Honors Congress keeps tracks of the number of events each member attends. Certain events can earn
members a Distinguished Member Credit. At the end of each semester, if you have gone 7 Distinguished Member Events,
you become a Distinguished Member. Honors Congress rewards our Distinguished Members by throwing them a special
event that is completely free at the end of each semester! In the past we have taken our Distinguished Members to
places such as Epcot and Islands of Adventure. This past semester, we treated all of our Distinguished Members to
a free dinner at the Melting Pot, a fondue restaurant!
How do I know if I am a Distinguished Member?
Starting this semester, we are going to implement a new system to allow our members to be able to check their
Distinguished Member credits from their home computer! Simply download the Excel file below to check on your
Distinguished Member Credits. If your name is highlighted in yellow, you have reached DM status.
What do the colors mean?
If your name is highlighted in red, you have 5 credits and only need 2 more to become a Distinguished Member. If you name is highlighted blue, you have 6 credits and only need one more! If your name is highlighted in yellow, you have 7 or more credits and have become a Distinguished Member! If an event name is highlighted yellow, that means that at the time we last updated the sheet, this event had passed but we have not yet recorded attendance.
